Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our housing assets, supervise staff, handle building maintenance, and manage administrative duties while maintaining positive relations with residents.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of property management experience, plus basic math, computer skills, and strong communication with residents and staff. Starting salary range is $74,100–$83,200 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years property management experience preferred.
• Basic math aptitude and ability to use databases and spreadsheets.
• Effective communication and ability to maintain good relations with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property, including asset maintenance and staff supervision.
• Handle administrative duties for internal and external agencies and residents.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure compliance with safety and policy standards.
