America West Properties, Inc is seeking to hire a full-time, experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in Orange County, California, and the Inland Empire.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work for a well-established commercial real estate company that manages over four million square feet of office, industrial, and retail assets. This position is supported by outstanding staff members, who assist the Property Manager with accounting and day-to-day management functions. Requirements

• Full-time in-office position in Lake Forest, California
• (Potential consideration for a hybrid position after initial 6 months of employment, dependent upon employee performance and any special circumstances - would still require some days in office every week.)
• Requires Travel for Weekly/Monthly Site Visits to properties throughout Southern California
• Oversee all aspects of property management, including tenant lease management, vendor management, and site management
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, reconciliations, and analysis spreadsheets
• Review and analysis of monthly operating statements
• Interface and communicate with management team members
• Regular communication with property ownership
• Professional appearance required
