Job summary

RealREPP LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a blended Industrial and Office portfolio in Oakland, California. This onsite role requires independence and strong communication and customer service skills.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree and a Real Estate License, with at least 5 years in commercial property management (industrial preferred). The position offers a competitive base salary, bonus structure, 401(k) with match, and summer hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Real Estate License required.
• 5 years of commercial property management experience; industrial preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience preparing budgets and reforecasts.
• MRI, AvidXchange, Salesforce and MS Office familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a blended Industrial and Office portfolio.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and CAM reconciliations.
• Develop annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts for assets.
• Coordinate with Asset Manager and internal teams.
• Ensure onsite operations in an independent work environment.
