LHH in Sacramento, CA is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations for Class A high-rise office buildings downtown. This fully onsite, tenant‑facing role offers significant responsibility and leadership exposure.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in commercial property management, a background in high-rise assets, and proficiency with Yardi, MRI or SAP. Parking is included, and compensation ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong preference for Class A, high-rise office background.
• Tenant-facing role with leadership exposure.
• On-site, downtown Sacramento environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance, budgets, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Review leases and tenant billing, reconciliations, and expense approvals.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain preventive maintenance plans.
• Serve as tenant-facing contact for issues.
• Partner with onsite engineering staff.
• Lead and develop one Assistant Property Manager.
• Maintain compliance (life safety, ADA, fire systems).
• Support high email volume and dynamic operational needs.
