Burlington Capital Properties is seeking a Property Manager for Charles Towers Apartments in Charles Town, WV. The role covers daily operations, regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, and resident services to maintain high resident satisfaction.

Three years of property management and LIHTC/Section 8 experience are required. You will lead an on-site team, manage leasing and marketing, and ensure HUD compliance while working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

Position Summary

Charles Towers Apartments is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations at our tax credit, Section-8, senior apartment management located in Charles Town, West Virginia. This position is responsible for property performance, resident satisfaction, financial management, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and coordinating resident services programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
