Job summary

Charles Towers Apartments in Charles Town, WV is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our tax credit, Section 8, senior apartment community. You will drive property performance, resident satisfaction, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while leading the on-site team.

This role requires strong customer service, budgeting and reporting skills, plus the ability to collaborate with local organizations to support residents and maintain compliance with HUD and LIHTC

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of property management experience.
• Minimum two years of LIHTC and project-based Section 8 housing experience required
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience with budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading a successful on-site team.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, resident retention, occupancy, and marketing efforts.

• Assist with annual budgeting and financial performance.
• Coordinate resident services programs by partnering with local organizations and supporting activities that benefit residents and strengthen the community.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Participate in company meetings, special projects, and other duties as assigned.

Charles Towers Apartments is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations at our tax credit, Section-8, senior apartment management located in Charles Town, West Virginia. This position is responsible for property performance, resident satisfaction, financial management, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and coordinating resident services programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
