Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in property/mobile home management.
• 3+ years of proven excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service toward residents, guests, and municipalities.
• Aim for or maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis.
• Collect rent and fees in a timely manner, including late payments follow-up.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company home standards by daily community walks.
• Manage an established property budget without exceeding allocations to maximize profitability.
• Attend to community needs outside normal business hours during emergencies.
• Plan and execute quarterly resident events.
• Set high standards for the team and manage to performance expectations.
• Maintain the property office and complete general office work on deadline.
• Perform prompt follow-up with prospects and applicants.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and state/local requirements.
