Qualifications

• Fair Housing knowledge and regulatory compliance are required.
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations are followed.
• Collect and deposit rent within 24 hours of collection.
• Market and lease apartments and manage resident relations.
• Supervise property staff and coordinate maintenance and inspections.
• Lead marketing and leasing strategy to maintain occupancy targets.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies and travel for training when required.
