Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a diligent, detail-oriented individual to assist the property manager in daily operations, resident services, and leasing activities. The role supports compliance with affordable housing standards and requires on-site presence in the Kingsland area.

Responsibilities include maintaining resident records, collecting rent, handling inquiries, marketing vacant units, and supporting certification processes while ensuring timely move-ins and ongoing property upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and able to pick up new programs.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations are followed.
• Maintain resident records and assist with rent collections.
• Provide excellent service to residents and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Support property manager with daily operations.
• Maintain and build the prospect waitlist.
• Assist with leasing, tours, and move-ins/outs.
• Assist with certification and re-certification processes per standards.
• Ensure vacant apartments are prepared and marketed until occupied.
• Walk properties regularly and use PM software for data entry and reporting.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies and travel for trainings as needed.
• Assist in delegated tasks and learn housing regulations.
• Uphold standards of curb appeal and professional conduct.
