Qualifications

• LIHTC or affordable housing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager with daily operational tasks.
• Provide excellent resident service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Support rent collections and maintain resident records.
• Assist with leasing, tours, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Maintain waitlists and support marketing efforts for vacancies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies and training as required.
