Job summary

CCI is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in leasing, tenant applications, and recertifications across our portfolio of affordable housing.

You will handle correspondence, financial tasks, and occupancy goals while complying with Fair Housing laws and LIHTC programs. Strong communication, tech-savvy, and attention to detail are essential; experience with Yardi is preferred.

Qualifications

• Property management experience preferred
• Experience with affordable housing programs (Project-based Section 8, Section 202, LIHTC preferred)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws helpful
• Experience with Yardi is helpful
• Computer literacy required

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in preparing initial and follow-up correspondence on all matters relating to the property being managed.
• Assist collecting income and managing expenses including tenant receivables and maintenance reports.
• Administer day-to-day implementation of a standard operating procedural manual.
• Assist with tenant recertification processes and lease maintenance.
• Assist in maintaining 100% occupancy.
