Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Multifamily Property Manager for Olde Towne Village & Huntly Ridge Townhomes in Clarksville, IN. You will lead on-site teams, drive leasing performance, and manage finances to maximize NOI and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Multifamily Housing.
• 1+ years Direct Property Manager experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Property Performance: identify opportunities to increase income, reduce expenses, and grow NOI.
• Lead a High-Performing Team: direct and mentor on-site staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Drive Leasing Success: ensure high occupancy rates and rental income through effective marketing and leasing strategies.
• Financial Oversight: process invoices, manage rental income, and track delinquencies.
• Resident Relations: build and maintain a strong, engaged community by addressing resident needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in Multifamily Housing
• 1+ years Direct Property Manager experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation Required
