Monarch Investment and Management Group seeks a Property Manager for Palo Duro Place Apartments in Amarillo, TX. The role leads on-site staff and drives exceptional resident service while maintaining property standards.

You will manage leasing, team performance, and community relations, with incentives including bonuses, 401k contributions, and tenant rental discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in multifamily housing.
• Experience managing a team of 3+ employees.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• CRMIQ experience a plus.
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees all on-site personnel
• Oversee and foster a great working environment for team
• Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents
• Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy
• Capture highest renewal rates for existing tenants

Benefits and Compensation

• Competitive pay ($50,000-$55,000 annually)
• Quarterly Bonus up to $4,800 annually
• Monthly Delinquency Bonus potential of $3,600 annually
