Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group seeks a Leasing Consultant for Hunters Way Apartments in Lubbock, TX. You will greet prospective tenants, conduct tours, lease vacant units, renew leases, and assist with on-site marketing and community events.

Excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle leasing documents are essential. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30–5:30, some Saturdays; pay: $16–$17 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm, varying Saturdays 10:00 am-2:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
• Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities
• Lease vacant apartments to new residents
• Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
• Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
• Assist property team with marketing efforts

What We Need From You:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
