Job summary

TELACU Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee affordable housing communities in Los Angeles. You will manage rent collection, occupancy, regulatory compliance, and tenant relations, collaborating with onsite and supervisory teams and outside agencies.

The role requires 2+ years in assisted housing (HUD programs preferred), strong organizational skills, and proficiency in OneSite/Yardi and Microsoft Office. Evening/weekend work and light maintenance may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HUD program experience preferred.
• Experience managing assisted housing under HUD programs is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities required.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Handle all operations including rent collection and occupancy.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and financial reporting.
• Supervise tenant relations and site staff collaboration.
• Assist with unit inspections and annual recertifications.
• Maintain tenant files in accordance with HUD and policy.
