You’ll oversee daily operations of affordable housing communities, manage staff, handle compliance, and drive occupancy and financial performance while ensuring a safe, welcoming living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in multifamily/property management is a plus.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meet occupancy and rent goals; manage expenses and compliance.
• Recruit, supervise and train office and maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with IRS and fair housing laws.
• Oversee maintenance, vendor coordination and unit turnover.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to requests/complaints.
