Qualifications

• Prior affordable housing experience preferred.
• Analytical mind to evaluate challenges and act.
• Proficiency with computers: Word, Excel, Outlook and RealPage OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations: maintain a customer service orientation to meet resident and community needs.
• Operations: oversee community, including marketing & leasing, maintenance, budgeting and vendor interaction.
• Leadership: hire, train and motivate on-site team, evaluate staff, direct activities for productivity.
• Administrative: maximize RealPage OneSite usage and manage reporting, biweekly payroll and weekly AP.
