• Certification like TCS/C3P/HCCP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident relations and customer-service focus.
• Oversee operations: marketing, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, vendor interactions.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance with program standards.
• Hire/train on-site staff; supervise and evaluate performance.
• Utilize RealPage OneSite for reporting; payroll and AP tasks.
