Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in a similar role.
• Experience with site-based affordable housing programs preferred.
• COS/CPO certification preferred.
• Strong supervisory and budgeting experience.
• Multilingual skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring financial, leasing, compliance, resident retention, and maintenance goals are met.
• Maintain and process leases, renewals, and certifications in accordance with regulations.
• Lead staff through training, performance management and scheduling to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses; ensure rent and fees are collected on time.
