Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing programs such as RD, HUD, or LIHTC is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the assigned property's daily operations.
• Processing applications, screening applicants, and verifying landlord references.
• Preparing leases, house rules, and required documentation.
• Managing tenant certifications and re-certifications.
• Conducting move-ins and move-outs.
• Collecting rent and security deposits.
• Enforcing lease agreements and community policies.
• Coordinating maintenance and ensuring property standards are met.
• Maintaining strong curb appeal and property presentation.
• Marketing and advertising vacant units to attract qualified residents.
• Responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Following company policies and procedures.
