Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an onsite team.
• Drive leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents daily.
• Walk the community daily to maintain appearance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to handle service requests.
• Oversee turns and make-ready schedules.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Review monthly financials and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare payroll, collections, surveys, inspections, and reports.
• Oversee rent collections, deposits, notices, and resident accounts.
• Approve invoices and monitor purchasing within budget.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and recognize team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
• Develop marketing strategies using social media and local outreach.
• Stay informed on local market trends and competition.
• Ensure Fair Housing, OSHA, and policy compliance.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $67,000.00 Annually

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop an amazing onsite team.
