Atlantic Pacific Companies in Atlanta, GA is seeking a property manager for a 164-unit market-rate community near Morningside Lenox Park & Lindbergh. You will lead leasing, resident relations, maintenance, budgeting, and team development.

The role requires 3–5 years in apartment property management, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi/Onesite. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment property management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Onesite or Yardi CRM/Voucher.
• Bluemoon and Yieldstar experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, and vendor relations.
• Lead team meetings and communicate goals and expectations.
• Develop property staff and ensure objective achievement.
• Monitor market trends and adjust operating plans.
• Coordinate safety, inspections, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Ensure accurate accounting, rent collection, and vendor management.
• Respond to calls and maintain resident satisfaction.
