Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager for Southpoint Estate Apartments in Durham, NC to lead day-to-day operations and an on-site team, delivering excellent service and leasing results.

You will oversee staffing, reporting, and resident relations, with a focus on retention and creating a positive, safe, well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills (high school level).
• You strive for excellence.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Two years of apartment management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations
