Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years conventional multifamily property management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Must live on-site and be available on weekends/on-call as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

• Conduct unit/property inspections and ongoing upkeep.

Property Management Associates is seeking a full‑time onsite Property Manager to oversee two properties totaling 72 units in West Hollywood, CA. The role includes a free one‑bedroom apartment.

Compensation

• $23–25.00 per hour
• Free 1‑bedroom apartment

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk‑throughs, paying particular attention to preventive maintenance items.
• Conduct unit, property inspections and maintenance upkeep.
• Service of notes and all aspects of day‑to‑day management.
• Market, conduct tours and lease apartments.
• Conduct competitive market rent analysis reporting.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years conventional multifamily property management experience.
• Knowledge of property accounting (Yardi).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Proficiency with computers and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors; proven ability to market and lease apartments.
• Must live on‑site.
• One weekend per week required and on‑call availability as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Background check, DMV check, and pre‑employment physical required as part of application.
