Job summary

Property Management Associates is seeking a full-time onsite Property Manager to oversee three properties totaling 87 units in Pasadena, CA. This role includes a free 1-bedroom apartment and requires living on-site.

You will perform property and unit inspections, conduct preventative maintenance, market and lease apartments, and supervise maintenance staff and vendors. A background check, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required; PMA offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of conventional multifamily property management experience.
• Conduct property and unit inspections and oversee maintenance.
• Market, tour, and lease apartments with competitive market rent analysis.
• Must live on-site and be available for on-call as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and evidence of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly property walk-throughs and inspections.
• Market, tour and lease apartments and conduct rent analysis.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; schedule work orders.
