Job summary

Newbury Living in West Des Moines, IA is seeking an experienced Apartment Manager to oversee leasing, resident relations, and daily property operations. You will market and lease apartments, process income/asset certifications, collect rent, and ensure compliance with fair housing laws while upholding Newbury Living procedures.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of apartment management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid Iowa driver's license.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision experience in property management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and property management software
• Must have a valid Iowa driver’s license and vehicle insurance
