Job summary

Grant Morgan in Washington, DC area seeks a bright, polished Property Manager to join a top-tier real estate team. You will maximize asset performance through annual budgets, variance analysis, lease administration, and outstanding tenant and client service.

You will oversee an Assistant Property Manager and the engineering staff, maintain keen asset knowledge, and drive operational excellence with autonomy and ownership over a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years of property management experience, preferably with Class A/B office assets.
  • Strong financial skills and knowledge of Excel are required.
  • Ability to provide solutions in a positive, constructive manner while gaining support from others.
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent customer service with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual building budgets (expense and revenue) and variance analysis.
  • Manage lease administration and deliver high-quality tenant service.
  • Oversee a team including an Assistant Property Manager and engineering staff.

Position

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, this person will be responsible for maximizing the operational and financial performance of the assets through strategic and active daily management. Specific duties include preparation of annual building budgets (expense and revenue), preparation/presentation of variance analysis, lease administration, and providing the highest level of customer service to tenants and clients. This person will also maintain a keen and detailed understanding of each asset while overseeing a team of an Assistant Property Manager and the engineering staff. Qualifications
