The Senior Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of managing a commercial building – from operations and financial activities to managing important relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors. The role oversees tenant improvements and service contracts, supervises property inspections, and works with ownership to implement recommended developments. The Senior Property Manager also provides legendary customer service and focuses on productivity and results.
Salary Range: $135,000 - $145,000.
Work Shift: On-site at Washington, DC. Remote or hybrid options are not available.
