Job summary

ROCS Grad Staffing client in the Washington, DC metro area seeks a polished commercial real estate professional to own property operations. This high-visibility role requires coordinating daily operations across a Class A portfolio and collaborating with tenants and vendors.

You will support the Senior Property Manager, manage lease administration, invoicing, reporting, and move-in processes, while maintaining ledgers, service contracts, and insurance certificates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial real estate property management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and Adobe.
  • Experience with Yardi or similar CRE software.
  • Experience with Cove or similar work order systems is a plus.
  • Ability to read general ledgers, operating statements, vendor contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Polished, professional, and proactive with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Property Manager in daily operations and workplace experience.
  • Assist tenant deployment and move-in processes, including milestone tracking and risk reporting.
  • Maintain distribution lists including customer, emergency, vendor, and leasing contacts.
  • Create and distribute weekly work-in-progress reports covering project schedules and key deadlines.
  • Code and process invoices accurately and on time using the accounts payable workflow system.
  • Assist with aging reports and monthly accounts receivable collection efforts.
  • Prepare tenant statements, ledgers, and charge documents.
  • Support monthly variance reports and quarterly investor reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute lease administration forms for commencements, expirations, and move-in/move-out processes.
  • Receive, enter, and monitor work orders through the web-based work order system.
  • Coordinate building services including janitorial, security, and landscaping.
  • Maintain records for purchase orders, service contracts, and certificates of insurance.
  • Support amenity rollouts, workplace experience initiatives, and tenant communications.
  • Handle general administrative duties including phones, guest reception, deliveries, and office supply management.
