Responsibilities

• Team Management – As the operational point of contact, oversee a team that may include a leasing agent, a maintenance coordinator, a maintenance technician, and more. Ensure work is completed and team morale is optimized.
• Educate & Advise Clients – Educate property owners on property performance, help them make decisions on rent pricing, expense management, and more.
• Hands‑On – Step in to conduct showings, process applications, and manage maintenance when the team is unavailable.
• Property Performance – Maintain key performance indicators such as property occupancy, rent delinquency, budget variance, maintenance management, and property marketing.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Patience to answer questions and thoroughly educate clients.

Benefits & Pay

Compensation: base pay of $25 per hour, plus bonus based on team performance (bonuses are not guaranteed but paid on achieving specified efficiency targets). 401K, Aflac, 80 hours PTO, Bonusly, base pay increases for real estate licenses acquired, and flexible work/life balance.
