Job summary

Westdale Asset Management, LLC is seeking an energetic, organized Community Manager to oversee a 324-unit luxury mid-rise in Hollywood, Florida. You will be responsible for the financial success of the property while delivering quality, attentive management for residents.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of on-site property management, strong bookkeeping and leadership skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in on-site property management.
• Must have 1 year of recent Community Manager experience at an apartment community.
• Strong bookkeeping and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Effective mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Must have computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar programs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be available evenings, nights, and weekends for staffing needs and emergencies.
• CAM is a plus!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Maintaining financial and operational accountability for the property.
• Managing and coordinating persons, activities, and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives as set forth by the Regional Director and property owner.
• Working with residents to renew leases, resolve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recording resident data such as traffic, leasing activity, renewals, and collection activity.
• Hiring, training, motivating, and supervising staff.
