Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager for Red Road Commons in Florida, NY. The role leads day-to-day operations, directs staff, and ensures high service levels and leasing performance at the apartment community.

You will oversee reporting, recruitment, training, and evaluation of on-site staff, while delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects and driving strong retention.

• Two years of apartment management experience.
• Leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills (high school level).
