Trainquil Timbers is seeking a Resort Manager to lead resort operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences while meeting financial goals. You will manage resources, recruit and supervise staff, and oversee marketing efforts to attract new customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in property management, preferably in RV/manufactured home communities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license are essential.

• Strong operations skills and understanding of the complexities of this position.
• At least one year of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.

The Resort Manager provides exceptional customer service to attract and serve our guests and ensure that we meet our financial goals. Trainquil Timbers is a seasonal campground with full-time year-round employment. Weekends are crucial for the success of this role.

Your job will include:
