Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is a full-service real estate management company overseeing more than 80,000 apartments nationwide. We are actively hiring an experienced Property Manager to guide their team and keep communities running smoothly.

In this role you will supervise staff, manage budgets, maintain resident records, and ensure compliance and reporting accuracy, with strong emphasis on service and inspections. A driver's license and MS Office proficiency are required; YARDI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with YARDI and E Site is preferred.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff.
• Manage the community’s revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met.
• Maintain accurate resident records, posts all rent, deposits and fees and all A/P functions.
• Follow policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents.
• Complete building inspections and ensure property standards are met.
• Follow up on service requests with maintenance and ensure completion.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address concerns with prompt resolutions.

Overview

We are actively hiring an experienced Property Manager who can immeditely guide their team to ensure the community is running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff


• Manage the community’s revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met


• Maintain accurate resident records, posts all rent, deposits and fees and all A/P functions


• Follows all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents


• Complete building inspections and take appropriate action to ensure that the physical aspects of the property meet standards


• Follow up on service requests with maintenance team and ensure residents requests have been completed


• Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution


• Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with a high attention to detail

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus

• Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site, etc.) preferred


• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner


• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
