Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Fox Hollow community. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate reporting, and drive superior customer service to residents and prospects.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, staff development, and achieving high occupancy and retention while delivering a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Two years of apartment management experience.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
