Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in real estate property management or similar roles.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of property tax, ledgers, and accounting software, including MRI (Property Management Software).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred.

• Secure property by contracting with security patrol services, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing policies, and responding to emergencies.
• Facilitate leasing space, prepare lease agreements, and negotiate terms with tenants.
