Arroyo Del Oso Property Management LLC is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to oversee assigned commercial and/or residential properties. You will strive to maintain high occupancy, maximize profitability, and ensure owner and tenant satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proven property management experience, knowledge of real estate law, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in property management.
• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Property Management or Real Estate License preferred.
• Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices.
• Up-to-date on the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Experience with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacant properties.
• Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities.
• Hold open houses.
• Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references.
• Accept rental payments and provide receipts.
• Respond to tenant inquiries.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trends.
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals.
• Inspect properties regularly and schedule maintenance/repairs.
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned.
