CAF Management is seeking a Property Manager to run daily operations at one of our apartment communities in San Antonio. You will lead the onsite leasing and maintenance teams, ensure resident issues are handled promptly, and drive occupancy and financial performance.

This role rewards hands-on leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment, with a focus on Fair Housing compliance, pristine curb appeal, and efficient use of Entrata to manage records and reporting.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

This role requires regular movement throughout the property and occasional lifting. Team members must be able to communicate effectively and safely perform the following tasks:

• On your feet: 33% to 100% of the time
• Physical activities (50% to 100%):
• Bend/stoop/squat/kneel (e.g., filing in low cabinets, picking up debris)
• Climb stairs (e.g., accessing upper-floor apartments)
• Push or pull, stand, and walk (e.g., opening doors, arranging furniture)
• Reach above shoulders (e.g., opening doors, storing supplies, inspecting property)
• Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., typing, unlocking doors, handling packages)
• Lifting/Carrying:
• Over 50 lbs: Rare need (less than 1%)
• 10–25 lbs: Occasional need (1% to 33%)
• Under 10 lbs: Frequent need (33% to 100%)
