Job summary

CAF Management OK LLC - Haven is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one apartment community. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident relations to ensure exceptional resident experiences and smooth daily business operations.

Ideal candidates bring property management experience and a solid understanding of Fair Housing laws, with strong leadership and customer service skills. Familiarity with Entrata is a plus and a salary+commission structure is offered.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

This role requires regular movement throughout the property and occasional lifting. Team members must be able to communicate effectively and safely perform the following tasks:

• Physical activities (50% to 100%):
• Bend/stoop/squat/kneel (e.g., filing in low cabinets, picking up debris)
• Climb stairs (e.g., accessing upper-floor apartments)
• Push or pull, stand, and walk (e.g., opening doors, arranging furniture)
• Reach above shoulders (e.g., opening doors, storing supplies, inspecting property)
• Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., typing, unlocking doors, handling packages)
• Lifting/Carrying:
• Over 50 lbs: Rare need (less than 1%)
• 10–25 lbs: Occasional need (1% to 33%)
• Under 10 lbs: Frequent need (33% to 100%)
