The Role

We’re seeking an organized, assertive, and motivated Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 250+ homes while leading a small team of specialists.

This role blends operations, leadership, and client relationship management — ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and helping people succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

• Build strong relationships with property owners and residents
• Respond promptly and professionally to questions and concerns
• Communicate proactively with owners about performance, maintenance, and updates

Property Operations

• Oversee maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and quality control
• Manage move-ins, move-outs, rent collection, lease enforcement, and delinquencies
• Ensure compliance with leases and fair housing laws

Team & Process Management

• Lead and coach your team toward hitting key performance metrics
• Onboard new clients and properties into our system
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and refine internal processes

Qualifications

Required

• At least 3 years of property management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively

Preferred

• Experience using AppFolio or similar property management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• $70,000–$80,000 base salary (depending on experience)
