Job summary

The Tipton Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager in San Antonio, TX to manage a multi-family community and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include leasing, reporting, tenant relations, and coordinating with maintenance to keep properties in top condition; two years of PM experience and knowledge of OneSite are preferred. We foster a TEAM APPROACH with room for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Property Manager.
• Working knowledge of property management software such as OneSite.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

• Meeting deadlines set by the management company/regional managers.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

• Attracting tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; and showing units.
• Managing leasing agents and providing clear instructions on what is needed to reach daily goals.

The Job

Our Property Managers are responsible for:

• Establishing rapport with residents and providing personalized service

The Details

Our Property Managers should meet the following criteria:
