JCMLiving is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee one of our communities. The candidate should have at least two years of property management experience with market-rate properties and be highly tech savvy, organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities include maintaining high occupancy, resident relations, rent collections, lease management, supervising maintenance and office staff, property upkeep, safety, and building strong relationships with local officials.
