Rovira Property Management in the Orlando area is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of approximately 120 residential properties across Kissimmee and the greater Orlando region. Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 annually for full-time W2 employment, with mileage and toll reimbursement, a 401(k) plan, and a hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large portfolio (approx. 120 properties).
• Experience in the Kissimmee/Orlando area preferred.
• Strong communication with tenants, owners, vendors, and property staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of ~120 residential properties across Kissimmee and the greater Orlando area.
• Coordinate maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, owner communications, and vendor management to keep properties moving forward.
