Job summary

MaineGuide is seeking a diligent Property Manager to oversee a Kentucky-based community. You’ll handle rental advertising, showings, rent collection, and resident relations to keep the property clean, safe, and quiet.

The role is currently part-time with potential to become full-time for the right person; strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with basic computer literacy for property management software.
