Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager for Eastchester Ridge in North Carolina. You will provide leadership for the day-to-day operation of the apartment community and supervise on-site staff to deliver excellent service to residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Two years of apartment management experience.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
