Job summary

AQU Trust Capital is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio across Brooklyn (300-1000 units). The ideal candidate has 1-3+ years of property management experience and can take full ownership of building operations, including maintenance, tenant issues, inspections, violations, walkthroughs, lease renewals, and move-ins/move-outs.

Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property-management software is preferred, and candidates must have access to their own car.

AQU Trust Capital is looking for an experienced, hands-on Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio throughout Brooklyn.(300-1000 units)
Looking for someone with 1-3+ years of property management experience who can take full ownership of their buildings — maintenance, tenant issues, inspections, violations, walkthroughs, lease renewals, move-ins/move-outs, payments and day-to-day property operations.
This is a responsibility-based role, not a strict 9-5, so must be flexible, responsive and highly organized.
Must have own car. Experience with AppFolio or similar property-management software preferred.
$80K-$100K depending on experience.
