Phipps Houses is seeking a bright, energetic Manager to lead day-to-day management of our affordable housing portfolio in the Bronx. This portfolio includes LIHTC and HUD properties comprising 1400 units across 10 properties.
The role requires experience supervising a portfolio and directing a team. You will handle tenant relations, leases, inspections, and compliance work, collaborating with the Facilities Director and legal team.

There are 1400 units in 10 properties. Applicant MUST have experience supervising a portfolio of affordable housing assets (3 years or more) along with managing a team of direct reports

Salary Range $75,000 - $80,000, based on education, training and experience.
