Job summary

Keystone Group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, resident relations, and leasing activities for The Benjamin in Lawrence, Indiana. This role emphasizes driving occupancy, maintaining property performance, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have lease-up experience for new rental properties, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of real estate, property management, or sales experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Yardi software preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
