Job summary

Related Management Company (RMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our market-rate housing community in New York. You will supervise marketing, leasing, and admin tasks, manage payables/receivables, and hire/train staff to ensure high service standards.

You will also handle tenant relations, rent collection, and budgeting, while leading maintenance and reporting efforts. RMC is a leading real estate operator, offering diverse asset classes and strong growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Understand operating statements and budgets.
• Knowledge of credits/debits/re-classes and accruals.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite and JD Edwards.
• Previous direct supervisory experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
