Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Retail property management experience preferred; office or other commercial real estate experience will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day property operations and vendor management.
• Experience managing third-party service providers and contractors.
• Excellent tenant relations and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to travel throughout Northern and Central New Jersey regularly.
• Professional presence with ability to manage relationships across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary tenant contact, addressing concerns and maintaining high service levels.
• Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors for maintenance, security, cleaning, and other services.
• Dispatch and supervise maintenance personnel and contractors as needed.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Conduct regular property visits and inspections to identify issues and resolve operational questions.
• Oversee properties with on-site staff while taking a hands-on approach to assets without on-site staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with another Property Manager as part of a collaborative regional team.
• Maintain high organization and independently manage priorities across multiple properties.
